    Karen, Broker/Salesperson, has thirty years experience in the mortgage and real estate profession. As a lender, she was vice president of Texas American Bank. She was the number one mortgage officer in New England and the top producing loan officer in Florida for Barnett Bank. She has held a real estate Broker's license in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island and has been licensed in Florida for seventeen years.

    Paul has been in sales for thirty years. With their previous real estate company, they were recipients of the PLATINUM AWARD continuously since 1997 and the Prudential Real Estate Chairman's Circle Gold Award for 2010.This award is bestowed to less than 1% of Real Estate Agents nationwide. They were also inducted into the prestigious HALL OF FAME.

    Both of the Werlings are Graduates of the Real Estate Institute and regularly attend classes to stay abreast of changes in their profession. Combined, their designations include Investment & Analysis Real Estate Certificate from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, the "Senior's Real Estate Specialists" and "Certified Residential Specialists" and Mortgage Certification.

     

    Karen received the 2006 "REALTOR OF THE YEAR" AWARD from the Amelia Island - Nassau County Association of REALTORS and she has been actively involved in the Board of Realtors, Rotary Club of Fernandina Beach, Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce, United Way, Heart Association, Cancer Society, Habitat for Humanity, is past Director of Leadership Citrus and a participant in Leadership Nassau. Paul has served on numerous board of directors such as EDC and Board of Realtors.

    Nick Burke     has over 25 years experience in purchasing and selling properties locally, nationally & internationally. With these personal experiences and as a member of a bank board for twelve years, he has extensive knowledge in every aspect of real estate transactions.
    He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and prior to becoming a full-time REALTOR, Nick owned and operated an independent pharmacy as a licensed Pharmacist. He extensively studies market trends in order to assist his buyers and sellers in making well-informed decisions.

    Carolyn Cherry  has an unique combination of business savvy, passion for customers & for her adopted home of Amelia Island. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate world in the Amelia Island and the Historic Fernandina Beach areas. Her roots go back to a New England childhood & a family with a deep fascination & love for houses.
    Her corporate life took her around the country for 20+ years with a Fortune 500 firm, building expertise in marketing and finance. Eventually, the desire to stop relocating and an eye for the "sweet life" led her to the Island & she has been a well know & highly regarded fixture in the real estate community for 12+ years.

    Lila Keim  is a Florida Realtor and Broker Associate with experience in buying and selling property for investment and occupancy that reaches back to the 1970’s. This experience is complimented by her 32 year corporate career as a Technology Services Director with the Nation’s largest railroad, with focus on Marketing and Sales. In today’s market this extensive experience and knowledge has helped her to be highly effective in a market that requires research, creativity, and strong people skills.

    Prior to becoming a full-time Realtor Lila and her husband owned a retail establishment and a personal assistance service. Lila’s passions are continuing education, giving back to the community, and helping families find new homes everyday.

    Christen Tribbitt is a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate. As an assistant to a REALTOR prior to getting her own license, she has a very clear understanding of market trends and is organized and professional in her presentation.  She relocated to Amelia Island from the Northeast in 2009. As a military spouse, she understands the military relocation process. She is a graduate of  Pennsylvania State University in 2008.
